The court may temporarily exclude the child through the Listening to except though allegations of his delinquency are now being read. (e)  Open up proceedings.--Most of the people shall not be excluded from any hearings less than this chapter: (one)  Pursuant to the petition alleging delinquency in which the child was fourteen yrs of age or older
